Where deadlines, word counts and fees are agreed verbally or in writing, further tendering will be considered a violation of contract, and the full agreed fee therefore immediately payable.  

In the case of other engagements (eg public appearances) dates, fees and expenses must be agreed and all monies due paid within one week of the engagement.
